All our studio classes are livestreamed as well, so you can also follow the classes live online, for those who cannot make it to the studio or live outside Amsterdam.

Welcome to YogaYatra! We offer various types of yoga classes for all levels of students; whether you are an (Absolute) Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced student, we will make sure you will get the maximum out of your practice and will develop and grow! We also offer specialised and therapeutic Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, and Menopause Yoga classes.

We welcome all nationalities and ages, and all classes are bi-lingual (English/Dutch).

If you are new to us we have a special Trial Class offer for you: € 30 for 2 classes, valid for 2 weeks. To try out Pre- and Postnatal & Menopause Yoga, you can join a single class which is € 24. Click here for Prices

For all classes we ask you to pre-register and reserve your spot. For the evening classes before 16h, for the morning classes the evening before until 21h. If you need to cancel your class subscription you can do that free of charge before 16h/21h, after that we will charge you for your class. When new to us however, for your first class we ask you to sign up at least 1 day before your class to arrange your registration & payment online. We will send you a Registration Form which you need to fill in & email back to us upon your subscription. Let us know as well if you wish to join in the studio or online.

Doors open 5 minutes before class. Payment (via bank transfer) and registration (if you are new to YogaYatra) take place online before class.

All classes are 1.5 hr. The BASICS classes are for (Absolute) Beginners & Intermediate students, the ADVANCED classes for Intermediate & Advanced students, and the ALL LEVELS classes are for all levels students, from (Absolute) Beginner to Advanced. The PRENATAL yoga classes cater the needs of women from 14-42 weeks of pregnancy, and the POSTNATAL yoga classes are for women from 6 weeks after delivery onwards (10 weeks in case of c-section). In the studio we have the finest quality of yoga props (mats, blocks, belts) available for you, but you can also bring your own materials.
